Electronics is field in engineering which deals with electronic components and devices. Electronics is a branch which will help in maintaining electrical energy flow at prescribed level.
Lets discuss in brief about this topic. Mainly we have different loads with different voltage ratings and current ratings, to supply different voltage levels our supply should be at different voltage levels for device which is impossible. We can't design supply at different voltage levels for different loads so there must be a device which converts our supply voltage and current ratings to our desired ratings for loads or devices to work properly.
lets discuss with an example, normally power distribution companies supply 230v and 50 Hz to house hold purposes. If you want to charge a battery of 15V dc, can you charge it directly? definitely no. Because the supply is an AC with 230V and our requirement is 15V DC supply. Here electronic circuit comes into picture, we have to convert AC supply to DC supply with an converter and reduce voltage to 15V then supply it to battery to work properly.
Electronics is not about converters and inverters but also we can design circuits to do different works that is assigned to circuits which we can study in digital electronics. Digital electrionics deals with voltage levels as 0 and 1.
Depending upon the components circuits can be divided into two types
Once we get good knowledge about circuits we can learn about amplifiers, oscillators etc.., This circuits can be used in AC and DC drives. In motor and generator drives we want prescribed voltage and current levels with out any harmonic distortions so we use analog circuits in this drives.

- Analog circuits
- Digital circuits
Analog circuits:
Analog circuits are circuits with varying voltage and current levels unlike digital which has only 0 and 1. In analog circuits, we will learn about different components and sources which we will use to construct converters and inverters. In analog circuits we will learn about Diodes , BJT , FET, MOSFET and many more. we have to learn their characteristics and behaviours at different voltage and current levels. Then we will learn about basic circuits like switches, clippers, clampers.
Once we get good knowledge about circuits we can learn about amplifiers, oscillators etc.., This circuits can be used in AC and DC drives. In motor and generator drives we want prescribed voltage and current levels with out any harmonic distortions so we use analog circuits in this drives.
Digital circuits:
Digital circuits are circuits which deals with digital values and not continuous like analog circuits. In this digital circuits we will learn about Gates which we can use in circuits like Adders and subtractors. We will also come across with number systems, binary codes and boolean algebra. This digital circuits can be used as counters to count any events which we can count with human eye.
In this topic we will study more about Flipflops, Multiplexer, demultiplexer, synchronous and asynchronous counters, RAM and ROM circuits. We can also convert analog to digital and digital to analog by using ADC and DAC.

Write commentsHello everyone, I'm Patricia Sherman in Oklahoma USA right now. I would like to share with you my experience of borrowing USD $185,000.00 to clear my bank draft and start a new business. It all started when I lost my house and I took my stuff because of the bank policy and I met some bills and some personal needs. So I became very desperate and started looking for funds in every way. Fortunately for me, a friend of mine, Linda told me about a credit company firm, I was intrigued by the fraud, but I was intrigued by my situation and had no choice but to get advice from my friend about this company. contacting them really doubted me because of my past experience with online lenders, did you know that little? '' Elegantloanfirm@hotmail.com This company has been very helpful to me and my colleague and today, thanks to this credit company, the proud owner of well-organized work and responsibilities, they smiled back at me. So if you really need to grow or start your own business, or if you really need to borrow money in any financial hardship, we recommend you find a financial development opportunity in your business today. {E-mail:} Elegantloanfirm@hotmail.com / whats-app number +393511617486.... online for credit not a victim of scam Thank you.
