Write commentscan u pls explain question no 2.
Reply) A dc shunt motor is excited from an alternating power frequency voltage source. Its brush axis is rotated by an angle 𝞪 from geometrical neutral axis. The torque developed will be proportional to which one of the following?
ReplyA) sin 𝞪
B) cos 𝞪
C) tan 𝞪
D) cos 2𝞪 sir can u pls explain dis question
torque developed is proportional to Fa.Fm.sin90
ReplyFa=armature mmf
Fm=main field mmf
here brush is shifted by angle 𝞪
so torque proportinal to sin(90-𝞪)=cos𝞪
Can u please explain 9th question?
